The OEM module EMB series of high voltage power supply for field emission scanning electron microscopy applications from Wisman High Voltage Power Supplies provides high quality images and high resolution for field emission scanning electron microscopy, accepting customization.

Wisman's EMB series is an integrated multi-output high voltage power supply designed to drive scanning electron microscopes with all outputs providing ppm low output ripple, ppm stability, ppm temperature coefficient, high accuracy and low micro-discharge. Wisman's 15 years of research in this application and the wealth of knowledge we have accumulated allows us to tailor our customers' needs to meet the demanding requirements of electron microscopy. Compact solution, small size. All outputs offer low output ripple, excellent stability, temperature coefficient and accuracy. Wisman's own high voltage isolation technology provides isolation and control of the appropriate suspension power supply.

This integrated EMB series power system, customer control is done through the fiber optic interface. All high voltage safety interlocks are designed based on fail-safe hardware, and the EMB series power supplies are CE certified to meet applicable IEC, UL and SEMI standards.

Safety fuses: 5 x 20mm ceramic fuse, internally replaced and marked with fuse value.

Accelerated power supply

Output voltage:

-100V to -30kV, negative polarity.

The regulated voltage can be set for 32.5kV with no load current.

In no case will the output be greater than 35 kV. The output can be set to OFF, disabling the Beam Energy converter, in which case the output will be <60 volts.

250μA ±10% output disabled and latched with a delay of approximately 1 second. Program voltage is set to zero.

Filament open circuit alarm OC:
